              The Philippine Energy Efficiency Alliance (PE2) convened private- and public-sector energy efficiency market stakeholder entities in April 2016 as a non-stock, non-profit civil society organization, building on the 11-year history of the Energy Service Companies Association of the Philippines (ESCOPhil) established in May 2005 with DOE support, and its successor, the Philippine Association of Energy Service Companies.
   
    The Renewable Energy Association of the Philippines (REAP) was incorporated in 1985 as a non-stock, non-profit organization of companies and private individuals committed to the nationwide development, promotion, utilization and commercialization of renewable energy technologies/systems for sustainable energy generation.
   
 
    The Philippine Independent Power Producers Association, Inc. (PIPPA) is a professional organization of independent power producers (IPPs) working to provide adequate, reliable, and affordable supply of electricity to Filipino homes and industries – aims to improve information- and knowledge-sharing between and among its members as well as the general public on vital policy issues concerning the industry.
